Volunteer Registration Instructions
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Lip Sync Canada! Volunteers play a vital role in making our events a success, and we appreciate your dedication and enthusiasm.
The Volunteer Registration Form is located above these instructions. Please read the details below before completing your registration.
Important Information for Volunteers
Minimum Age Requirement: Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
School Selection: Each volunteer must fill out the registration form for a specific school. The school name is listed just above the registration form.
Multiple Schools: If you wish to volunteer at more than one school, you must submit a separate form for each school where you would like to participate.
Registration Availability: Lip Sync Canada Volunteer Registration Forms for each school are only available on the official Lip Sync Canada website – LipSyncCanada.ca.
Confirmation Email: The email confirmation after form submission is not automatic. Please be patient—do not panic if you don’t receive an immediate response. A Lip Sync Canada Representative will follow up in due time.
School & Home School Representatives & Your Role
Each High School, Secondary School, or Home School Region will have one or two Lip Sync Canada School Representatives responsible for communication and coordination.
If your school or home school region does not have a representative yet, your first task as a volunteer will be to help recruit one or two School Representatives.
Why Recruit a School Representative? Having a designated representative ensures smooth event coordination. Plus, School Representatives will receive 5% of profits (minus expenses) from ticket sales for their specific school or home school region.
Home School Representatives Are Also Needed
We also require one or two Lip Sync Canada School Representatives specifically for Home Schools in the following areas:
National Capital Region (Ottawa, Ontario, and surrounding areas)
Gatineau, Quebec, and surrounding areas

Interested in Becoming a Lip Sync Canada School Representative Instead?
If you would like to become a School Representative rather than a volunteer, you must fill out the School Representative Registration Form for your designated school or home school region.
The School Representative Registration Form is only available online at LipSyncCanada.ca.
Once the one or two School Representative positions for a school or home school region have been filled, the registration webpage for that school will indicate that registration is closed or completed.
Perks for Volunteers
Volunteers do not need to purchase a ticket for any Lip Sync Canada events they are volunteering at.
Volunteers may also receive special Lip Sync Canada perks (details to be shared closer to the event).

Instructions pour l'inscription des bénévoles
Merci de votre intérêt à faire du bénévolat avec Lip Sync Canada ! Les bénévoles jouent un rôle essentiel dans le succès de nos événements, et nous apprécions votre engagement et votre enthousiasme.

Représentants scolaires & rôle des bénévoles
Chaque école secondaire ou regroupement d'écoles à domicile aura un ou deux représentants de Lip Sync Canada chargés de la communication et de la coordination.
Si votre école ou regroupement d'écoles à domicile n'a pas encore de représentant, votre première mission en tant que bénévole sera d'aider à en recruter un ou deux.
Pourquoi recruter un représentant scolaire ? Avoir un représentant désigné assure une bonne organisation de l’événement. De plus, les représentants scolaires recevront 5 % des profits (après déduction des dépenses) des ventes de billets pour leur école ou regroupement d'écoles à domicile.
Représentants pour les écoles à domicile
Nous recherchons également un ou deux représentants de Lip Sync Canada pour les écoles à domicile dans les régions suivantes :
